Lakeland 16, King's Fork 15
Zach Super connected with Michael Piersawl on a 31-yard touchdown pass and Austin Brown converted the extra point with 10 seconds left as the Cavaliers outlasted their Suffolk rivals in a Division 5 quarterfinal.
Lakeland (8-3), the first Suffolk school to win an Eastern Region playoff game, plays at Lake Taylor at 7:30 p.m. Friday. King's Fork, making its first playoff appearance, finished 7-4.
Uriah Adams scored on a 2-yard run to give King's Fork the only score in the first half for either team.
Lakeland came up with a safety in the third quarter, followed by Raekwon Johnson's 2-yard touchdown run to take a 9-7 lead.
King's Fork regained the lead when Deshaun Wethington capped a five-play, 81-yard drive with a 9-yard touchdown run with 1:07 left.
Antonio Jefferson returned the ensuing kickoff 42 yards to the King's Fork 44, setting up Super's connection with Piersawl for the winning touchdown.

Lake Taylor 51, Maury 0
Brandon Moore and Daquan Davis scored three touchdowns each - all in the first half - as the top-seeded Titans rolled to a second victory over the Commodores in a Division 5 quarterfinal.
The Titans (11-0) play at home Friday at 7:30 p.m. against Lakeland.
Moore scored on a 68-yard run on the Titans' second play of the game. Davis followed by sprinting 61 yards for a score on Lake Taylor's next play from scrimmage.
Davis finished with 114 yards and threetouchdowns, while Moore had 129 yards and two touchdowns and a 15-yard scoring catch.
The Titans intercepted Maury freshman quarterback Devon Turner three times.

Hampton 34, Norcom 6
Deon Newsome rushed for two touchdowns and threw for two more as the Crabbers scored on five straight drives in an Division 5 quarterfinal.
Hampton (9-2) plays Phoebus at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Darling Stadium.
Newsome started things with a 2-yard rushing touchdown and a 19-yard touchdown throw to Umar Muhammad-Wyatt. Trievon Powell found the end zone on a 33-yard run, followed by another Newsome pass for 20 yards to Daquin Moore to give Hampton a 27-0 halftime lead.
Norcom's Darron Downing scored on a 1-yard run.
Key stats: N-Aaron Parker 12-45 rushing; H-Newsome 15-130, 2 TDs rushing; 8-12-1, 91 yards, 2 TDs passing; Marshawn Williams 20-127 rushing.

Phoebus 35, Heritage 7
Tony Pittman rushed for 154 yards and two touchdowns as the Phantoms stayed unbeaten in their quest for a seventh consecutive Eastern Region Division 5 championship.
Phoebus (11-0) plays Hampton at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Darling Stadium in a semifinal.
Phoebus scored 35 unanswered points after Heritage (6-5) led 7-0 on Richard Outlaw's 42-yard TD pass.
Blessed Sacrament 28, Greenbrier Christian 21
Chandler Emberlin scored the game-winning touchdown on a 7-yard run with 4:48 remaining as Blessed Sacrament avenged an early season loss to the Gators in a VISAA Division IV semifinal.
Greenbrier Christian (6-5) defeated Blessed Sacrament 14-0 in September.
After Emberlin's touchdown, the Gators drove inside the 20-yard line, but a fourth-down pass to the end zone fell incomplete.
Greenbrier Christian's Ty Smith rushed for 128 yards and also had 54 receiving yards and a touchdown. Colby Lee, a freshman, threw for 161 yards and three touchdowns, including a pair to Bryce Myers.
Franklin 56, Craig County 9
Eight different players scored touchdowns as the unbeaten Broncos amassed 42 first-half points in a Division 1-A East quarterfinal.
Laquaeric Pittman scored on a 25-yard interception return and threw for another touchdown for Franklin (11-0).
